The house is in Corrèze, near Collonges-la-Rouge and the Dordogne and Lot departments, making it a base for exploring the villages and countryside of the region.
Right next to the 12th-century church in Chauffour-sur-Vell stands our charming holiday home. Our hamlet of four houses enjoys a wonderfully peaceful setting in the beautiful “ Dordogne Valley ”, yet is close to shops, supermarkets and places to visit. Beautiful walks start from the house in every direction. The lovely village of Collonges-la-Rouge is within walking distance.
The garden is fully enclosed, with terraces in front of and behind the house and around the heated swimming pool (10 × 5 m). The rear terrace has far-reaching views over the surrounding countryside.
Ideal for several families or groups of friends, the house offers comfort and privacy for a wonderful holiday. Chauffour-sur-Vell is in the Corrèze (19), close to the Dordogne (24) and the Lot (46). There are plenty of places to visit to discover!
